Huei-Huang Chen received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA in 1984. He is an Honorary Professor at the Department of Information Management, Tatung University, Taiwan. He had been the General Manager of the Information Systems Division of Tatung Co. for 14 years. His research interests include Data Warehousing (DW) and Business Intelligence (BI), IT applications for e-businesses, and Service Science, Management, Engineering and Design (SSMED).
